Takes times to learn, but it works better than pricey "glue" So investing in a variable temp solder iron, and hot air electronic rework station is good investment.ĭoing a slice into palm when I repaired busted fingers, to seal up the cut, used a solder iron, and to blend/hide the scar, used hot air and smoothed it out. Have experimented with Xylene some on TPE handheld toys. In all honesty he has said Xylene will work just as well. Crazycajun has from his old posts I've read. I have no experience with the actual glues. It's more solvent than glue, and will melt TPE back together. But by now most know how corrosive this TPE "glue" is.
